Earned New Titles in 2025??

The PWDCNC wants to recognize YOU for your achievements in the past year.

It’s time to complete your New Title (titles earned in 2025) form and share your achievements.

  • We will publish your achievements in a PWDCNC ad in The Courier!!
  • We will have Certificates of Achievement to acknowledge and commemorate each of the titles earned in 2025.

  • The Award Certificates will be presented at the Annual Meeting on February 22, 2026.

What do you need to do???

  • Complete the form and let us know what you have earned in 2025.

  • Click on the link below to get to the form.

  • Information MUST be received by February 8, 2026, to meet the deadlines for certificate creation and publication!

Hurry, look them up, and do it NOW!!!

  • Click the link to go to the form.

  • Complete one form for each of your dogs that earned a title(s). There is a place for you to include your dog’s complete formal title, that will show titles earned in prior years as well.

The PWDCNC is celebrating 30 years of existence. The club was established in 1992 and has provided its members (and their dogs) with great activities that only PWD owners can understand and love.
