Choose your type of membership.  If you are brand new to the club, you must apply to become an Associate member.  Be sure to complete all the required fields and to check the Agreement box on the last page.  When you click the “Submit” button on the last page, you will be taken to the payment page.  You will also receive an email with a copy of your application information.  If you prefer to send a check, instructions will be in the email.  But, PLEASE, try out our online payment system.  It saves time for our volunteers and is safe and secure.  Just add the payment(s) to your cart.

  • $30 — Primary Member
  • $15 — Additional Member
  • $15 — Junior Member

Click the teal shopping cart symbol in the upper right-hand corner to view your cart.  If you need to make any quantity changes, be sure to click “Update Cart” when you are finished.

Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button and confirm your information.

Click the “Proceed to PayPal” button and choose a way to pay.  You may pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card.

When you have finished paying, you will be returned to the PWDCNC.org website.
