My name is Russ Weinberg, and I am the Corresponding Secretary for The Portuguese Water Dog Club of Northern California (PWDCNC). I’m also very involved in the world of Therapy Dogs.
In the past eight years my Portuguese Water Dogs and I have worked as volunteers in schools, hospitals, memory care centers, hospice center and for special events.
Besides being a Therapy Dog Team handler, I am also an evaluator and speaker for a nationally recognized therapy animal organization.
